Our lean… well… not quite lean. “Dad-bod-enabled” team.

Shane Morris
Partner
Shane Morris builds data and AI systems for defense, government, and commercial industry — which sounds boring until you realize those systems decide where jets fly and how fast supply chains move.
Before turning national security into his main hustle, he worked in the music industry at Sony Music Nashville, contracted with Warner and Atlantic and served as the General Manager for multi-platinum rapper Travis Scott. He thrives in an environment where chaos was simply called “Monday.”
Now he’s a TikTok creator with 240,000 followers who pretend they care about cloud architecture while secretly enjoying sarcasm about bureaucracy. He designs platforms that cut red tape, automate the obvious, and (sometimes) get approved by committees that haven’t met since 2017.

Thomas J. Adams
Partner
Thomas J. Adams is a civic technologist and digital services connoisseur who somehow turned a penchant for government bureaucracy into a career. As an operation specialist, he leads teams that transform federal IT systems from “legacy nightmares” into functional platforms.
A self-proclaimed “Accidental GOAT AI Prompt Engineer,” Thomas combines his background in information systems with a flair for making the complex seem (almost) simple. When he’s not wrangling code or policy, he’s likely sharing insights on civic tech with a side of sarcasm.
When your team absolutely needs to hit a deadline, or the demands shift from “sure whatever” to “that’s an insane pivot” — Tom is the person who gets the talent from point A to point Y, and then reminds the client that Z is going to happen next, and “you’d better make damn sure all your requirements are here.”

Mateusz “Matt” Marciszewski
Partner
As a self-described “jack-of-all trades” engineer, Matt Marciszewski transforms complex data challenges into actionable insights. Most recently, he has built data-driven solutions for Special Operations Command. With an impressive blend of technical expertise in AWS, Azure, and on-site supercomputing clusters, Matt finds patterns in data that others miss.
His career journey has taken him from Collins Aerospace to Genentech, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lockheed Martin, and Iron EagleX, where he developed high-performance applications and measured database performance across complex systems.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science with an emphasis in Machine Learning at Georgia Tech, Matt combines his academic foundation with real-world problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Polish, Matt brings a global perspective to his work. When not wrangling data pipelines or building machine learning models, you might find him volunteering as a Scoutmaster with The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association or proofreading for Project Gutenberg’s digital archives.
